The 90 minute stress management 
RESET CRASH COURSE

Once you finish signing up and have made the payment, you receive an email with a Zoom link for the meeting, and some additional information. So make sure you check your spam folder, and add resetmerethe@gmail.com to your "contacts. 

Also, please triple check the Time Zone to make sure you show up on time!

You do not have to download Zoom, you can choose “use browser”.

You get another email as a reminder leading up to the course day. 

During the course, you can choose if you want to be on camera or not. 


Except for the introduction, and the Q&A section at the very end, the main screen will be the presentation.

 



We start with the section on The Biology of Stress. This part lasts for a little less than 20 minutes, and the material has been reviewed and approved by two medical doctors.



Then we move on The 5 Basics. This is part of the building blocks in my system, and takes about 18 minutes to cover. 

Next we talk about The MBM Practice Elements. These are more of the building blocks, and takes about 12 minutes to cover.


We then move on to The Album and the Breathing Patterns. This section takes about 14 minutes to cover. 

We take about 13 minutes to talk about Real Life Examples, before the Q&A.

Once the Zoom session ends, you will receive an email with a copy of the presentation as a PDF file, so you do not need to take notes unless you want to. 

In this PDF file, on the second to last page, you find links to download two different versions of the RESET album that supports the breathing patterns we talk about in the course. 



 

Two weeks after the course, you will receive a follow up/check-in email where you also get a PDF file with some additional suggestions on ways to  calm your nervous system. I would love to hear about your experience using the MBM Practice System so far, and also for you to feel free to ask any questions you might have on the subject.
